Eppo

Strategy, Identity, Motion, Digital

Through its innovative experimentation platform, Eppo empowers all users regardless of role or level to leverage data like a leading technology company, informing confident decisions across the organization. Eppo needed to break through from its data science background to connect with all roles, while staying true to who they are in order to become the go-to experimentation partner. We redefined their brand and website to capture this unwavering spirit of experimentation.

We set out to uncover what makes Eppo unique. By putting the customer at the center of our strategy, we redefined Eppo’s audience as Transformational Leaders, those challenging the status quo and innovating old ways of working. The positioning’s focus on fostering an experimentation mindset throughout each company served as a foundation for the creative work and sparked internal enthusiasm. This transformation has laid the foundation for sustained growth and influence.

Every design decision was approached with an experimental mindset. The logo, made from modular shapes that shift and rearrange, becomes more intricate as it scales up. Typically avoided color combinations are celebrated for their unusual pairings. Data visualizations are unapologetically technical. And distinct graphic patterns made of blocks and linear forms can be continuously experimented with using generative tools, creating a wealth of dynamic and inspiring expressions.

Across a course of dynamic group workshops, we joined forces with key members from various Eppo departments to uncover valuable insights. This collaborative effort paved the way for identifying UX opportunities and crafting a robust Information Architecture. By exploring motion patterns and 3D interactions, we infused the brand’s digital presence with life, creating an immersive and captivating experience that catapults Eppo into their next stage of growth.
